The Webelos program is a two year program that starts in the Fourth Grade.
1st Year Webelos - 4th Grade - Webelos stands for We'll Be Loyal Scouts.
Bobcat
The Bobcat Badge is the first rank that EVERY boy MUST earn when entering the Cub Scouting Program. This award is typically awarded at the Bobcat Ceremony.
All new boys in the Fourth Grade need to earn this award first before working on the grade specific advancement -- The Webelos Badge.
